- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This comment by Matthew i strongly agree Running into this major problem is very illegal and those minors can have something bad happen to them his comment is very accrute in the fact these police are there to make you feel safe and when there even against your saftey isnt able to happen you cant even feel safe with the law or your own home 911 isnt a big help in kiowa.By Dakota Corey, July 15, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I would give negative stars if I could and everything I'm writing is how I feel/forced to feel and is my personal opinion... 1st amendment, but this town is so corrupt, easily bought, extremely biased. The Kiowa Chief is corrupt, judgemental, only protects and serves if it interests/benefits him, and will easily lie or alter laws/constitutional rights when it benefits him. My family spent months being followed, harassed, video taped, had people entering our home, false reports made against us, but EVERY time I tried to file police reports he would lie and say that what everyone was doing was completely legal. He stated "only when minors are involved is it illegal" and well guess what minors were involved and still would not allow anything to be done. Forced us into a position that we had no one to call when we needed protection. He serves, himself, but not you. And to top it off one of the people who followed/chased, 3 MINORS, was Samuel Swafford while OFF DUTY in his newest undercover vehicle. The kids needless to say were terrified. Please people of Kiowa, you all know this is true because we've heard from many of you, help speak up to bring attention and Justice to this corruption! As a warning, do everything possible to never have an interaction with that homosapien. Oh and to the people of Kiowa; did you know you pay luxury taxes and no matter if your water is on or off you have to pay for it every month... Thanks for reading!By Matthew Major, February 16, 2017
